Returns

An item may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.

To request a return, please contact us at studio@gazar.rs and include your order number and reason for the return. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will review the issue and arrange an exchange where appropriate.
