Returns
You may return any item within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at studio@gazar.rs including your order number and reason for the return.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Gazar Studio assumes full responsibility in such cases and will craft and dispatch a brand-new replacement piece completely free of charge, with all shipping costs fully covered by us.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs charges remain the sole responsibility of the customer under all circumstances, including replacement shipments. Studio Gazar has no control over local customs authorities or applicable fees.
Terms of Delivery & Import Notice (DAP): Delivery is executed under DAP terms (Delivered At Place). Studio Gazar is explicitly exempt from any import duties, local VAT, taxes, or customs clearance charges levied by the destination country. All such impositions are the sole legal responsibility of the recipient.
