This wheel-thrown ceramic vase captures a timeless elegance through its structured, chalice- inspired form. It features a wide, tapered body that sits atop a distinctively sculpted tiered base, creating a beautiful sense of balance and height.

The piece is finished in a deep Cordovan glaze, which reveals subtle tonal shifts – from dark mahogany to warm obsidian – where the glaze pools and breaks over the vase’s sharp transitions and curves also showing turquoise glaze gradients. A sophisticated statement piece that celebrates the purity of form.

This ceramic vase is wheel-thrown by hand and finished using traditional pottery techniques. Each piece is individually made from the beginning, shaped slowly on the potter’s wheel and hand-glazed in a deep brown glaze.

Because every vase is created entirely by hand, slight variations in form, surface, and color are natural and expected. Subtle traces of the maker’s hands and brush marks remain visible, reflecting the handmade process and honoring the imperfections that come with true craftsmanship.
